Can't technicly heal a scar, as a scar is what's left after the healing process. Uhm, in the scenarios where Zuko joins team avatar whether the healing works or not, why do the two scenarios play out differently?? Kind of doubt Ozai would place Zuko on the throne instead of Azula.
